Please do not reach out to us to confirm that we have received your form if you have already submitted it. We will contact families directly if it is still missing on Friday.

We need this form to confirm that your child will be returning to SELS next school year. This will determine the number of spots available in our upcoming lottery. If we do not receive it by the deadline, we will have to assume you are not returning and the spot will be open for lottery applicants.
